I hate to say it, but this is pretty much the reason I haven’t started apartment composting. Worms still irk me a little, not to mention that I don’t have a garden in which to use the fertile soil I create. I have started collecting veggie scraps in my freezer to make soup stock, though. (Well, until it broke.) Progress?
